Services Provided O&M Manuals - Hardcopy All O&M manuals will be printed out in colour and will be bound in an A4 lever arch type ring binder. The front cover will be endorsed with the project details and also the electrical or security contractors company logo and contact details. Cardboard dividers shall be provided to separate the various sections of the manual. Transparent cellophane envelopes shall be provided to hold copies of the "as-installed" drawings and any other items which cannot be punched. We can provide as many copies of the O&M manual as required by the contractor or client. O&M Manuals - Softcopy All O&M manuals will also be available in a softcopy format (PDF File). The softcopy O&M manual will consist of one PDF file that will be burnt on to a CD. The cover of the CD will be endorsed with the project details and also the electrical or security contractors company logo and contact details. As Installed Drawings The As Installed drawings will display an accurate layout of the installed services. The drawings will be printed out in black and white or colour on any paper size from A4 to A0. The title block of each drawing will be endorsed with the project details and also the electrical or security contractors company logo and contact details. The As Installed drawings will also be available in a softcopy format (AutoCAD and PDF File). |
